How to Book a Workspace

You can book:

  • Day Passes (Hot Desks for a day)
  • Hourly Meeting Rooms (Choose time slots)
  • Private Offices (For 3–25 seaters, short or long-term)

➡ Use the smart search bar to enter natural language like:
"I need a 6-seater meeting room in Indiranagar tomorrow from 3 to 5 PM"

You’ll see real-time availability with prices. Click Book Now, choose your slot, and pay online or onsite.

Manual Discovery

Prefer browsing? You can always manually search and explore spaces by city, area, or workspace type — perfect for users who want to see what's out there without a specific requirement.

Schedule a Property Visit

For private offices or long-term options:

  • Click “Schedule Visit” on any listing.
  • Pick a date & time.
  • You’ll get a calendar reminder, email confirmation, and Google Maps location.
  • The space provider will be notified too.

3D Walkthroughs Available

Some listings feature a 3D virtual walkthrough of the workspace. If available, you’ll see a 3D icon on the listing page — click it to explore the space before scheduling your visit.

Payments & Refunds

  • Flexible Payment: Pay online or on arrival.
  • Refunds: If a provider cancels or you cancel within the allowed window, refunds are processed automatically.
  • Secure Transactions: All payments are encrypted via trusted gateways.

Listing Your Space

You can describe your space in plain English like:
“2nd-floor office with 4 cabins, high-speed Wi-Fi, and pantry near MG Road”

Our AI will convert it into a structured listing. You can edit, upload photos, and set pricing. Contact Us to access this feature.

Smart Bid System (Auto-Quote Requests)

When users request multiple spaces, Desklinq automatically sends details to verified providers.

  • Providers can respond with quotes.
  • Users compare and book a Visit for the best offer.
  • This saves hours of calling and waiting.

⚙️ Manage Your Bookings

Go to My Bookings to:

  • View, modify, or cancel reservations
  • Rebook with one click
  • Set reminders or get receipts

Using Desklinq on Mobile

The platform works seamlessly on mobile browsers.
